    Singas, I guess you still believe the Goldman Sachs report which valued ECP at $9? Well you will be waiting a very long time to get even close to the $1.20 you paid for your shares. The sooner you learn how supply and demand works in the stockmarket, the sooner you will understand at what price shares will trade and the sooner you may recoup some of the losses you have suffered in the last couple of years.

    I doubt we will find out where ECP shares will trade if the takeover doesn't go ahead, as I believe it will, but the independent experts whom you like to quote have said, "that if the Proposal is not approved, the share price is likely to return to the levels it traded
    at immediately prior to the announcement of the Proposal, and as trading in ecorp shares is likely to continue to be illiquid, increases in the underlying value of its investments may not be translated into a higher ecorp share price." In other words, below 40c.
