just a reminder to minority ECP shareholders that to day (Wednesday) and maybe tomorrow (Thursday) are the last days to send in your proxy forms so that they get there before Close of Business Friday in Sydney.
I had never filled one in before, but did so a few days ago. It is really simple, just cross two boxes, sign and print your name.
Don't be afraid to vote AGAINST the proposal...... Only 25% have to vote "no" to knock Packer's bid back. It may not be a forgone conclusion that Packers propsal will passed.
I voted AGAINST because I have an ECP investment horizon that is over 6 months and I believe that the ECP share price could be significantly more that 55c 2+ years from now.
Just remember that the company was successfully floated by Packer at $1.20 for a reason, and it also made a $150+ profit (in less than 4 years) on its eBay investment for a reason too.
