    The ISN Chairman and one director seem to have taken control of ECQ. They have been given 50m options each exercisable at 2c vesting when shares trade at up to 6c. Currently 1.6c. I know nothing about these two men other than they are on the board of ISN which has just moved up from 7.5c to a high of 76c in the last three months.Any thoughts?
