IMO there are some key statements that are fact on the first page

You're entitled to your opinion...
However, ECS have started announcing offtakes to support the above statements by PSR.
It seems PSR is expecting more offtakes to come.

The report also states "Key risks that we see are (1) execution risk in scaling up its facilities;"
This statement in it self suggests there is more demand coming...

Despite what may be thought of the shareholder relations, the question is;"
Do you think Alex and the team have the ability to execute the upscaling of production?
IMO the answer to that is YES.
