It's not looking good. CEO has also announced his resignation and while a lot of people are busy speculating his health has something to do with it (might be true) I've found it's better to play devils advocate.
If you thought you were about to start printing money why on earth would you resign now. My guess is that they realise the margins won't be there and their debt is starting to bite.
At least the CFO hasn't resigned, that would be a larger red flag.
