Didnt think we would be back down here either, but Im not complaining now as its a far different situation to this time last year when we were flirting with these levels.
ECS is now cash flow positive.
We have a credit facility with NAB, that we are trying to extend.
We are expanding and have more demand for our product than we can produce, a good position to be in.
Alex is not in a leadership role and we have the very capable Nan steering the ship.
Our competition is dying around us leaving more market share.
With 1.1 billion shares on issue, 2 cents puts us at around a 21 million market cap, this is for a cashflow positive business that is expanding , that doesnt need to put hands out to public anymore and get diluted, in a macro envrionment where capital is harder to come by this is a huge advantage, others cultivators like CAN and LGP dont have this luxury and will dilute themselves into oblivion.
Im very confident in the next cannabis run we will be seeing a market cap of 100 mill +(seeing as no other cultivator had the financials ECS did last run yet were in the 200 mill + valuations) , just a matter of when this bull run happens, but even if it takes years, Im in no worry of ECS going under anymore which was a real possibility before, now they are a profitabe business and they are not going anywhere, cant say the same about any other listed cannabis stocks.
