As far as value goes, definitely here at these levels. They have Approx $9 mill in bank.
They are going to be harvesting approx 4000 kg of premium cannabis in the next few months.
If you look at what I posted above, the other listed cultivator LGP sells it 320kg for $2.5 mill. Which equates to $7812 per kg. So in a few months should have 4000 kg x $7812 , which could fetch $31.2 million . Add this to cash. And you have over $40 million, for a company market cap at these levels $35 mill.
We are valued $33 mill, LGP is $120 mill, CAN $100 mill, we are producing more cannabis than them.
And that cannabis revenue is just talking about what harvest they currently have, not mentioning revenue from hemp products in woolies and coles, not mentioning CBD products, not mentioning possibility of ODC granting expansion, not mentioning more products coming on board with the resin from extraction machine.
Dont think you have missed the boat man, anyone looking at ECS now are ahead of the market, any prices these levels are bargains imo , its funny how markets work , now struggling to find buyers (even though today actually nice price action), but a little bit of shine and attention price goes up you will find people buying up in the mid 4s when no one is buying here. Just like this time last year, actually exactly this time last year, a year ago the price went from 2.7 t0 7.6 in just two weeks (red arrow in chart above), things can change real quick.
