Imo, no.
The connection between happenings in the USA have been diminishing ever since the australian market actually arrived in a meaningful way ( say.. approx 3 yrs ago)
Before that all the ASX boosters had to rely on largely irellevant events over there to create the excitement.
The ASX cannabis sector now has far greater concerns than ANYthing that can happen in the USA today.
ECS does not have the existential sword of Damaclase hanging over its head like every other company in our sector ( except plodder /wannabe /goin' nowhere LGP) but we have zero interests or market in America and never will. We have successfully established ourselves in the booming markets of Au and Eu.
Compare USA's biggest fund, MSOS, for example, to the companies that comprise the ASX sector > Medium term, over the past year, and since the latest news on rescheduling a couple of weeks ago.
I rest my case.
