If you got a call from your broker saying "I can get you how many shares you want for 1.5cents, that are trading on market for 2.1" why wouldnt you take it, even just getting a million shares, and sellling straight away at 2, thats $5k right there. Very plausible, a consortium tree shaking is harder to believe, if they are tree shaking means they would be losing money selling now, and having to buy back in to accumulate, where is their buying? That theory doesnt make a lot of sense.
