It's more than likely fake, but you can't say with 100% certainty unless you are the person placing the order. The danger in placing that size order and they don't really want it is that someone could place a big sell order and leave them in a world of pain. Have seen big dumps in other stocks that would wipe out an order that size. I recently bought 3 million of a stock when someone dumped 5 million. I did however want the stock, so it was very much welcomed to buy at the price I wanted.
