Alex, is a farmer by trade and clever person.
He may not be the extravert type that loves talking to people.
IMO he knows how to deliver a profitable farming project.
Despite what you or I think, the fact remains we own part of a company in production and no debt.
A company that has to expand to deliver on current contracts
It is not certain a further CR is required at all.
In fact, being in production and earning income may allow for some debt funding of future expansion.
Perhaps ask yourself this
- do you think he has quality people around him?
- If yes, what are they doing here if Alex was no good?
- If no, why are you invested in ECS?
