There is definitely a risk of a hostile takeover if the SP doesn't recover soon. $20m could fetch the acquirer:
-Sale contracts
-Cultivation and manufacturing licenses
-Properties
-GMP facilities
If the SP hits 1c I suggest we pool our funds into a collective and launch a bid ourselves, would make a hell of a story for the media. Of course, if we are the acquiring party, we couldn't vote for our own takeover and I'm sure AK would put up a quite a fight. Even worse, he could try and take the company private (not sure if he has the votes) and what little information we have available to us now would dry up.
