Who is your broker?
If I get a minute tomorrow I will check which broker was buying today. I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out to be the same broker that's been capping the price over the last 6 months, which would lend some merit to the theory about a takeover being pulled together.
A big drag on this company has been the potential for another capital raise. This is no longer a concern due to bank financing so I'm not surprised to see some upside. I think most of us prefer a reasonable level of debt over dilution.
