I'm on the fence about whether to average down at this point.

On one hand they are running out of cash, another $1m was paid to settle the Murray Meds property purchase this quarter on top of whatever their operational and investing costs are.

On the other hand they should have higher receipts this quarter as a fair bit didn't get paid last quarter due to holidays. There is also the sale of TAS that will bump up their coffers and debt financing which would negate any additional cap raise.

It's all a matter of timing, what to do what to do.
