HiGlen, Can you not just start with Coldry alone with NLC first and add Matmore later to minimise complexities.wouldn’t it be better,rather wait for another partner and their approval the whole saga again ? Another huge factor that how can you guarantee your good friendship with NLC will last long? What if major changes in NLC and the folks you deal with exit and no longer work there, and new directors come and then your friendship goes back to ZERO. The good example is Narendra k Nanda exit who was supporting Matmor. Do you acknowledge this factor?
