Thanks for your time and availability. You mentioned that there might be room for ongoing projects in India and that all business is not finished. In the scope of what you can say, can an agreement theoretically proceed with just NLCIL or would other parties need to be involved?

Yes it could. Although, I think if its Coldry-Matmor we proceed with then the preference would be to have an alternative to NMDC to represent the steel/iron ore sector in the project. Its its just Coldry or Coldry-CDP, then that may change the need for having an additional party. This is all part of the current discussion with NLC.

Also, has there been interest or demand for Coldry/Matmor technologies voiced from other organisations or representatives in India?

Yes, there has been plenty of interest. We were never able to engage that interest whilst NMDC was in the mix due to confidentiality provisions. Part of making the decision to withdraw from the MOU was to enable this engagement with interested parties free of conflict.
