Based on the ECT announcement, the Steam and Boiler package was said to be the road to ECT commercializing Coldry.
It then went on to mention the benefits of Coldry as a feedstock and the savings to be gained over time.
However it also mentioned that this new equipment would require a substantial capital outlay.
So ECT's solution to this was to partner with BE POWER to provide the financing, and deliver the Boiler package as a Monthly fee.
Based on the above summary and the information contained in the Announcement, I surmise that the Coldry Commercialization strategy is highly dependent on being able to sell these Steam and Boiler packages.
And the ability to sell these packages is highly reliant on having a good Finance Partner.
So when I start doing my Due Diligence into the Finance Partner nominated, and start coming up with some glaring concerns as to the legitimacy of their ability to finance, then YES this does raise a Big Red Flag for me.
To go through and say that this is unimportant, and should only be worried about IF AND WHEN the financing of a Boiler Package is required... is like trying to Sell CARS without having a trusted and reliable finance partner ready to go.

I am not saying that the above company is BE POWER... but I am saying that their reputation and ability to finance, will be a key part of ECT selling Boiler Packages.
And ECT being able to sell Boiler packages will be a key source or revenue in the next 12-24 months!
So YES, for me, it is very important to know if the Finance Partner is a positive to ECT's current situation, or a negative.
Other people may not think it is important, and that is fine for them.
But as a Shareholder, I have a right to question the validity of the announcement and the credentials of the Finance Partner.
