My understanding is that BE POWER will be providing the funds to ECT to build the Boiler Package for the Client. Thus reducing the need for the capital expense by the client.
The client then pays a monthly Contract fee to BE POWER to repay the loan.
Thus ECT's ability to sell the Boiler Packages will be determined by BE POWER's ability to Finance the capital expenses required.
