ECT Chairman online live from Chennai - Ask Me Anything (AMA)

Hi Everyone,

Today is Diwali in India, arguably the most popular festival in the calendar.  So I had some spare time and thought I'd open myself to answering questions that the HC community may have on ECT.

Even though this is an AMA format, obviously I wont be able to answer everything.

I may also not have the time to answer everything, so please be patient and I'll try to get to all questions that I am able to answer.

Like a lot of the other Q&A sessions, please keep questions specific, clear and succinct.
