The plan can only involve yet another SP Consolidation, closely followed by yet another very dilutive CR....and maybe a few "nudge nudge wink winks" from the usual ramp crew together with a vaguely worded ANN suggesting the possibility of a tentative, draft, informal, MOU.
All IMO - but actually reads like ECT history !!
