Know one is going to take these guys seriously considering the 20+ year history of failure after failure.

Commercial plant they will fund year after year of raises and eventual consolidations.
A structure may be erected but will anyone buy into it is the question.

Keep in mind a Coldry commercial plant is a huge structure which is going to require a massive investment.
Time frame to build ?? 3+ years.

The old saying of get in early before the SP rockets doesn't apply wait till they sign a deal with a massive conglomerate - you'll save a ton of money thats a massive if.

Fyi a massive entity is not going to sign a deal because of Rizzo this sure aint Rio Tinto - coming to ECT is a demotion.

Great weekly payslip for the guys in charge Foz and the team will most likely keep it going until they reach retirement age. Great gig for them.
