Does anyone actually believe this nonsense?
Q1 gone, no tenders awarded.
End Q2 rapidly approaching. No off take agreements. No sign of construction starting.
Who is going to dig deep to save them next quarter as the cash dries up?
At some point the likes of the Thomsons and Callejas are going to say enough is enough and pull the plug.
I suspect only pride has kept them in for this long.
