My thoughts
it is a rejection candle. It is waiting for some news to decide so it can also be called indecision candle. It will be clear in next few days whether it will fall hard to .032 to have strong buyers demands or it can go to re test to form lower peak, higher trump , support , support and then resistance which will be bullish to skyrocket.
It’s still bullish but time will tell whether SP will fall back to .032 again or .035 can do the job
