When people put out unsubstantiated claims of "accumulation" you know it's still in distribution.
ECT needs an announcement in the vicinity of being a step closer to generating revenue in order to have any rerate on the SP price.
Until such announcement, as I holder I will still opinionate towards it's not a good buy simply based on previous performance of 90% wealth destruction.
