The fact that you think that you can make hydrogen by burning brown coal proves that you do not even have a basic high school understanding of chemistry. You comments have been ridiculed because they are ridiculous - you do not understand the most basic elements of what you are discussing.
Do some serious reading or get someone with a decent science education to take you through the company documents - you may not end up believing that ECT are part of the solution (that is a possible legitimately held conclusion) but you would at least not sound like a damn fool.
