Yes we read that garbage from 2 years ago and it's still as worthless as it was back then. When it was announced there was a massive smash down in price, so disgusted was the market and the stink of the announcement which gave away no legally binding terms. In fact it's still a mystery how it's binding or if it is binding at all. Given no details and the fact that there is another agreement forthcoming it seems it was binding in no way whatsoever.
