They haven't partnered yet get it straight they've signed a non binding document (a possible intent to partner). Its not set in stone or legally binding for any party.
You could probably go to the company with any story and get a quote to build a plant and sign the same thing.. At the end of the day its nothing substantial or guarantees cash or a plant.
Look at the bids of 20 in the sell orders for 0.004 and the buy bids of 50 and 10 in the 0.002 buy orders.. looks promising doesn't it....
