So, in essence what your saying, is that your "comfortable" with ECT's strategy to generate operational earnings through their HVTF, but, your not so sure if they have the ability or engineering know how to execute and deliver the upgrade plan?

Have you asked, or thought about the planning and resources required for the upgrade?

Consider, that it is a relatively simpler engineering project than designing, fabricating, installing and commissioning a 34 Million dollar Coldry integrated HydroMOR Facility (in India).


Make sure your conviction isn't clouded due to the wrong reasons.
And if your decision is to sit on the side lines....so be it. Everyone needs to make their own decisions after all.
