    Considering that in this announcement you have named all of the companys that you are plugging your sales pitch to it indicates to me that ect has dropped its practice of hiding behind the wall of "commercial in confidence". I appreciate that level of transparency and i reckon others would to.
    In the few years that i have been reading your announcements you have barred telling anyone what the companys are that you are talking to in australia and india. You have also barred referring to specific charge per tonne with coldry for a couple of small customers. You reckon that this is because it remoes some power that you have with negotiating.
    Are you now prepared to tell all your audience about those previous years figures and details of the deals you have been doing as an act of getting trust?
    You seem to think that dropping a few names and naming a few hopes and dreams with words like "“We’ll seek to ascertain as early as possible" and "we’ll seek to understand if" and "Our options are to either conduct the pilot phase at NLCIL’s site" and "as we step through our potential engagement with the parties over coming months" and "the planned commercial demonstration scale upgrades at our Bacchus Marsh Coldry plant, ECT now has a lot more options to consider in terms of the structure of any new project that may be pursued in India" and "ECT is poised to actively continue the commercialisation program" and "In support of this objective, the Company has pursued initial, informal discussions".

    Not a single thing you have mentioned is actually happening in a concrete sense. It is all about seeking, ascertaining, options, potential, plans, may be pursued, informal discussions or wotnot.

    Talk is very cheap and I fail to see how apart from wages that any of this can cost money. It is discussion stuff you are talking about but yet you make it sound so probable. It's sounding a little bit like the boiler packages. Where are they and who have you sold them to and haowmany modules have yu sold? Commercial in confidence may be your reply, or you may be transparent and actually tell us what the business is acheiving. Its your call.
    And the coldry you were sending to tassie. Are you sill selling it? How much per ton? Commercial in confidence?
    The bio-char. How much are you selling it for how many customers and how many tons have you sold and who through which vendors? Commercial in confidence so that it doesn't remove your power to negotiate?
    Do prices change depending on the customer for Coldry? Commercial in confidence?
    What else have you said you are pursuing or doing and can you give us solid facts about your results?
    All I ever read from the company is that something you are doing is a pursuit and not a done thing yet but only ascertaining possibilities. Otherwise if you claim when you claim something is a done thing you say it is too commercial in confidence to tell share holders about what you actually did or got for your efforts. Those efforts cost tens of millions of share holders money which is crrently down the plug hole.
    If you cannot find a way to answer these investment relevent questions transparently, would you consider sacking the person who writes these unconventional announcements which they do not account for with explanations?
    nothing in this announcement appears to go beyond conversations and research. It looks to me like the money you are about to raise will only pay wages over the next year plus travel and accomodation, management expenses and board fees.
    Please try to answer the transparency question and now that you have dropped your commercial in confidence wall directly give us some figures from the past earnings and from where they were derived as well as what is no longer on the desk. Example failed or discontinued relationships and clients for Coldry. It will make or break your upcoming capital raising we all know that because you have a trust problem, not a 'potential' problem. You have all the potential in the world in fact.
