Well the rep may have been wanting to inform and ease shareholders concerns by explaining whats in the mix and how they expect things to turn out Dont hurt to be polite and listen and if your not interested in what he has to say dont deny those who do the opportunity Simply dont post questions If your not interested in the CR We know where the SP is and need to make a considered decision about been part of the CR or not and some of us would like to hear from the rep without all the grandstanding and venting
