NLCIL is able to partner with non-PSU private companies. I think it may be less about partnering with non-PSU's and more about in partnering, what structures in the deal are required to meet their probity and legislative requirements as a PSU.

My understanding is that the Lignite prices haven't shifted much although I will check and confirm if incorrect.

The iron ore prices have generally improved over the 3 years, although I expect that the type of iron ore we are targeting, being waste, will be less elastic to the prevailing market prices of iron ore. This broadly improves the proposition of HydroMOR as we compare to conventional methods of steel making which require feedstock that is more closely reflective of the market prices of iron ore.
