I explained in a prior post that we will be engaging with HotCopper more actively. We dont have a huge social media presence, so we have decided to commit our efforts to this community.
1) We have already made deep cuts to wage and costs. Im not sure that there serves a purpose that would be in the interests of progressing our current plans in looking back like that. In terms of holding key personnel accountable moving forward, we are developing performance management systems for key personnel that ties them to key outcomes over the next 12 months.
2) We believe we can acheive what we say we can acheive in our announcements. Time will tell.
3) Given we are capital raising under propsectus, everything you ask about is explained in there.
