Progress of the proposed Latrobe Valley project will be subordinated by the progress of the upgrades project. That being said, we will be using Yallourn coal as the feedstock so processing through the upgraded plant will assist with the further feasibility of the LV project. This current capital raising is all about delivering a plant which can produce operational earnings and support ongoing and further working capital and budget for R&D and project development. Pursuing big projects is expensive and have a long lead time to operational earnings. The next 12 months is all about building the companies own internal capabilities to generate underlying earnings so we can go out and spend on big projects like India, LV Project, CDP and COHgen etc.
