Really only took them four five years to realized that the Tech is irrelevant
Is that place run by people who really knows what they doing or care about what they doing or is just run by lazy careless bureaucrats just like here
If is NMDC or NLC ,IMO just get out out of there
Don't waste any more time and money just let them be we just don't what to waste more time in there for the same result
