Yet another example of many of company taking feedback from shareholders... and non-shareholders. That's makes over a handful of examples I have seen from the company in the last few months.
Wouldn't expect that the rep's answers will make everyone happy... that's not the intent, and some people won't be happy anyway.
Good on them for taking on feedback and trying to keep lines of communication open when the easier thing would be to hide.
