Arion, they previously explained that NMDC did not indicate that they needed more time, they just provided Zero formal response.
And then back channel discussions with varying members from NMDC management gave widely varying indications of if the project was a Go or NoGo.

They also explained that ECT had to end the deal before they could entertain discussions from other interested parties due to certain clauses in the MOU.

Also, the delays of signing was 6+ months... I dont think that is a RUSH to exit.


I am still 100% negative on this stock, but I thought I would try and give you information you may have missed on the other threads a few weeks back.
