We will aim to outline the comms/marketing strategy prior to the 8th but its likely that the main event to build significant interest will be launched off the signing ceremony, where we hope to have significant Govt of India representation. Also, we are currently in discussion with a number of specialist/institutional investors and are keeping them abreast of developments as they occur.
