I think the same . Especially with stocks like ect .
Had ect done a consolidation in the past , the SP still would be were is now with a lower MC , because the long wait , some holders will take a loss and walk away .
To me a 2/1 consolidation is better than a 5 or 10 / 1 .
Unless the company is on constant achievements , or regular revenews .
