    Finally found it, ECT's Gantt chart for the production of hydrogen as it was a mystery where the capital for Phase 2 was coming from.

    The plant to produce the hydrogen is being supplied by Graphenex (the same company supplying the gas turbine generator to power the Bacchus Marsh site) :

    So all we have to do is wait and see if Graphenex does supply the equipment and it goes ahead as the timeline lays out.

    At the present a 3 year trial ending in 2026 is far behind where others are already at for the commercial production of hydrogen from brown coal though.
