That reality of what does exist is a long way short of what is needed for what was being described as happening in the next 12-18 months?
What I didn't see was any mention of finance for the necessary capital infrastructure works.
What I did see was the relief displayed by the company for the rollover of a minor research funding which enabled it to survive.
