Kos is supposed to be able to close a deal, and I suspect may push on or be pushed on to greener pastures after the Tincom deal looks good on his CV.

So, appreciating that no other company is going to risk THEIR shareholders hard earned on feasability studies while there is one supposedly a HUGE one in the pipeline, why burn so much of esi's hard to get capital chasing would be could be may be leads from interested parties if the Tincom deal is going to open the slush fund gates , bringing 100's of potential customers beating a path to their door ?
