Not sure how maximising value and the pursuit of opportunities is a conflict. Maybe what you are saying is how can this be effective?
Most of the executive don't work standard work days. You would expect that to be so. Its not unusual for the executive to work 60-70 hours per week each.

We have three major streams of core project opportunity:
1) India and our new Matmor project
2) Latrobe Valley and our new Coldry project
3) Steam and boiler packages using product produced from Bacchus Marsh

Inside these streams involves R&D, engineering and project work.

We also have ECT Finance which is non-core but serves a very useful purpose at this stage of the company's life.

Further announcements one we come out of suspension will help to tie these aspects together.
