You could simply respond to these types of queries from certain contrarians on this forum with a statement such as:
'We have an elected BOD directors who are responsible for setting up operating environment to ensure that the organisation's strategic direction remains both appropriate and achievable. This board is responsible to shareholders. Should you not like the manner in which the this is being conducted, please feel free to purchase a parcel of the company within the next week (or as soon as shares are available for trade) and make your views known though your voting capacity or at our AGM"
You are a fairer person than me in spending your time to respond to non-shareholders who have spent a number of years displaying a total lack of consideration and basic courtesy.
