    This to me does not hold water as there has been numerous announcements held to be accurate and up to date and yet, through the benefit of hindsight are not taken to be that accurate. For example there have been dates of predicted financial closure as well as branding of agreements instead of whatever their legal definition actually is.

    Do you understand this has undermined the confidence holders have in announcements?
