IMO pure BS and Fantasy the SP would have been sold off at that time if it was not suspended, it wasn't even sure NMDC would continue with the project as they stated they needed more time for internal process approval which meant it could take forever.
The SP would have plummeted and on that news who would even submit funds for the ELF incentive.
Who cares about distribution and accumulation, all i care about is what long termers have invested in the company already and it looks like the company sees it this way as well.
IMO well done to the coy to go into suspension it saved a lot of heartache for long term holders and long termers who had already contributed to the 30% bonus ELF incentive by not going into suspension it would have been a kick in the nuts to all that did participate,
