Actually why I started this thread as you only have to research and read a little on the history of those (and not little names) that have held land here before and left with their tail behind their legs..
Not saying that this is going to happen but there is very real risks attached to this investment and this area can go to shit very quickly.
So keeping up with local politics is in the best interests of anyone invested in this company..
