@jantimot my baby daughter has a mild case of eczema. Discussed with her GP steroid based cream to manage the more serious areas. Skin has been swapped and return high growth of Staphylococcus aureus but the cream has kept it under control. I don't want antibotics as I want to protect her gut health. Do you have proven natural remedies besides complete diet overhauls?
