    Pingdog, you raise a good point in terms of Monash.

    Many of the American companies, and presumably the Australian ones also, spend large amounts of money on R&D during their "start-up" phase. I think Amaero has such a significant advantage in the fact that for ~7 years, they had a leading edge University (Monash - MCAM facility) undertaking the R&D (as proven by the 2 notified patents already in process).

    Additionally, they still have their R&D udnertaken by MCAM on an "annual fee" basis which is demonstably cheaper than a "hire staff and trial" model.

    The other point from the presentation probably worth recapping was the belated rollout of the SP800 Machine which is said to be the largest 3D printer (of its kind). "Multiple" companies wanting their larger parts 3D printed apparently. Again, time will tell but the base of this Company is well and truly set it appears.
