Eddie was a former director of JPR. He would frequently buy up the shares with good announcements following in the weeks to follow.
This looks similar as in recent weeks he has been buying at around 5c.
I have a friend close to the company that tells me that they will do something similar to that of JPR by trying to roll up another deal into this.
