VPE are the operaters and have been all the time. VPE refuse to update as they are worried about their sp holding for spp and raisings. ITC are doing this for their shareholders despite the delays. VPE have held up the project in so many ways over the years. Now if thats how treat their other projects I now know why the sp is struggling.

You are right though and that VPE is probably undervalued and alot of that has to do with the management.
